Responsibilities
- Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting while maintaining dignity and comfort.
- Daily Living Support: Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, housekeeping, and shopping.
- Companionship: Provide emotional support to reduce loneliness and isolation.
- Wellbeing Checks: Ensure clients are safe, comfortable, and receiving necessary care.
- Compliance: Follow company policies, health & safety regulations, and care standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Engage in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance care services.
