Home Care Worker role with Sponsorship Available

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting while maintaining dignity and comfort.
• Daily Living Support: Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, housekeeping, and shopping.
• Companionship: Provide emotional support to reduce loneliness and isolation.
• Wellbeing Checks: Ensure clients are safe, comfortable, and receiving necessary care.
• Compliance: Follow company policies, health & safety regulations, and care standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Engage in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance care services.
