Job Details:

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role in a luxury hotel or high-end bar
• Leadership: Proven track record of managing teams and staff development
• Customer Service: Strong passion for delivering excellent guest experiences
• Languages: Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
• Compliance: Knowledge of alcohol service laws, especially relevant to Qatar’s regulations
• Health & Safety: Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations

Salary Details:

Base salary of £1,500 – £1,600 per month with additional benefits like performance bonuses, tips, and a yearly bonus.

About the Role:
