Job Details:
As a Hotel Bar Manager, the individual will be in charge of overseeing daily bar operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and managing a skilled team of bar staff. This role is based in Doha, offering visa sponsorship, accommodation, and a tax-free salary.

Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role in a luxury hotel or high-end bar
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing teams and staff development
- Customer Service: Strong passion for delivering excellent guest experiences
- Languages: Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
- Compliance: Knowledge of alcohol service laws, especially relevant to Qatar’s regulations
- Health & Safety: Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Problem-Solving: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Salary Details:
