Requirements
- GPhC registered Pharmacy Technician or about to qualify
- Minimum NVQ3 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent qualification
- Accredited Checking Technician (ACPT) or willingness to train
- Hospital or community dispensing experience
- Clear communicator with great attention to detail
- Familiar with Word and Excel
- A strong grasp of policies, safe dispensing, and patient-centred care

About the Role

Working closely with the Dispensary Manager, the role supports the safe, smooth delivery of inpatient dispensing. It’s hands-on, varied, and never boring. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Dispensary Manager in day-to-day operations to keep everything running safely
- Supervise the dispensing process and help maintain high-quality patient care
- Train, mentor, and support other team members when needed
- Work in line with national guidelines and internal policies
- Maintain accurate records, support audits, and promote safe medication practices
- Contribute ideas that improve service delivery and team workflows
