Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • At least 4 years’ experience with Enovia systems and tools (MQL, TCL, Change process).
  • Knowledge of ITIL frameworks is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in IT support, software administration, or help desk environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities across diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in project management, requirements gathering, or testing is beneficial.
  • Passion for innovation and desire to improve healthcare outcomes.

About the Role

As an IT Application Specialist, you’ll play a hands-on role in configuring, enhancing, and supporting key Elekta applications like 3DX Dassault (Enovia). You’ll work directly with users, IT product owners, and external vendors to keep systems running smoothly while developing future improvements.

Your work ensures that Elekta’s technology supports healthcare professionals without disruption, enabling them to deliver life-saving care. You’ll also contribute to the evolution of this function toward an IT Product Manager position, expanding your career potential within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and enhance applications to support Elekta’s global teams, improving performance and usability.
  • Troubleshoot incidents and technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to clinical and business operations.
  • Manage user access and permissions to maintain system security and compliance.
  • Support new application rollouts, ensuring smooth adoption and integration into existing systems.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and business units, standardising support processes for greater efficiency.
  • Create user guides and training materials, empowering self-service and knowledge sharing.
  • Coordinate with vendors and global partners, aligning local execution with corporate standards.
