Key Responsibilities
- Cyber Security & IT Risk Management:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the administration, effectiveness, and security of all key business systems, including Workpro (case management system), Oracle (finance system), and People HR (HR system).
- Ensure systems are appropriately licensed, maintained, and developed while collaborating with system expert users across the organization to increase efficiency.
- Disaster Recovery and Continuity:
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the organization’s disaster recovery and business continuity plans, ensuring appropriate redundancy and backup systems are in place.
- Cyber Security Development:
- Participate in the ongoing development and maintenance of the organization’s cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring systems are secure and resilient against threats.
- Technical Advising:
- Provide technical guidance and leadership on IT and cyber security-related projects.
- Act as a technical adviser or lead on cybersecurity projects.
- Support and Mentoring:
- Address escalated support queries from the IT support desk.
- Mentor junior team members and provide high-quality customer service support.
Person Specification
- Qualifications:
- ITIL Foundation level or higher certification.
- Advanced certifications in IT or Cyber Security, such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert, or CompTIA CySA+.
- Experience:
- At least five years of IT systems support experience.
- Proven track record in handling complex IT incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Experience leading IT projects and coordinating with stakeholders for successful outcomes.
- Expertise in conducting security risk assessments on software or services.
- Proficient with Azure infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Intune, and troubleshooting at a high level.
