Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT Support within a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and guide users confidently
- Strong experience with Google Suite, Zoom, OKTA, and LDAP
- Proficiency with MacOS administration using JAMF or similar tools
- Knowledge of Bash or Python scripting to automate repetitive tasks
- Experience conducting onboarding and IT training sessions for new joiners
- Familiarity with IT security practices and technical documentation
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to make sound independent decisions
- Advantageous if experienced with Puppet, Ansible, or networking and firewall systems

- Support employees globally with technical issues to maintain productivity and connection
