About the Role

This is a high-impact support role based on the IT Service Desk where you’ll be the go-to for users across NHS North Wales. Your day-to-day will involve solving frontline IT issues, logging tickets, providing technical advice, and keeping users up and running. It’s not just fixing systems—it’s helping real people deliver exceptional patient care by making sure their tech works as hard as they do. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to IT queries via phone, email, or portal with clarity and confidence
  • Diagnose hardware and software problems with quick-thinking precision
  • Track and own incidents through resolution, ensuring no user is left behind
  • Log accurate, detailed notes to support teamwide problem-solving
  • Share feedback to help improve digital tools and services across the board
  • Prioritise support requests to meet response and resolution targets
  • Support broader IT functions when needed, including out-of-hours work
