Job Description
Bupa’s Ashby Court Care Home is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join their award-winning team. This role involves providing high-quality clinical, social, and emotional care to residents. As a Care Assistant, the successful candidate will support independence, respect individual choices, and ensure residents feel valued and cared for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high standards of personal and social care to residents.
- Offer companionship and assist with personal care as needed.
- Support the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring residents and reporting any changes.
