About the Role

You’ll work at Poole Healthcare Centre, part of a busy community service hub, and be part of the first point of contact for patients and families.
Your daily tasks will include fielding calls, handling letters and patient correspondence, downloading referrals, managing diaries, printing letters, giving out hearing batteries, and supporting the clinical team by keeping things smooth behind the scenes.
Sound simple? Not quite. You’ll juggle multiple streams of admin, think on your feet, and provide a key layer of support that lets the medical staff focus on care. This role is ideal if you’re looking to gain experience in UK job opportunities within the NHS and value a supportive work environment where you’re never just a number.
