Job Description:
Gaoseg is seeking a full-time Human Resources Intern to join their team remotely. In this role, the Human Resources Intern will collaborate with the HR team to support various functions, including recruitment and onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and benefits administration. The Human Resources Intern will have the opportunity to learn and apply HR policies, procedures, and best practices, while developing their skills in a dynamic and diverse organization.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or pursuing HR certification.
- Strong interest in human resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
