Role Overview: Senior Cybersecurity Risk Analyst

As a highly skilled and motivated Senior Cybersecurity Risk Analyst, you will be a vital addition to Danaher Cybersecurity Risk Management team. Key responsibilities include leading functional teams in comprehensive cybersecurity risk assessments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement risk mitigation strategies, identifying internal/external business challenges, and ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards. The role demands analytical prowess, innovative problem-solving, and effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead functional teams in cybersecurity risk assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Identify internal/external business challenges and recommend best practices for cybersecurity processes.
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity risk management documentation, ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
• Stay abreast of emerging cybersecurity threats, contributing insight for proactive cyber-defense strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology (IT), or a related field.
• 7 years of experience in IT/data-related fields, demonstrating expertise in meeting IT regulatory cybersecurity requirements.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills aligned with NIST-based cybersecurity best practices.
• Foundational understanding of intricate and networked cybersecurity controls and standard frameworks such as ISO and NIST.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing and maintaining cybersecurity control artifacts, demonstrating risk management and continuous monitoring.
• Experience in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and similar process documentation.
• Experience in managing cybersecurity-related data, understanding and mitigating risk in data relationships.
• Proven learning agility through career history.

Remote Work Arrangement:
This position is eligible for remote work, allowing you to work from your home. Additional details about the remote work arrangement will be provided by the interview team.

Salary Range:
$120K-$150K
