What We Offer

  • High Rates of Pay: £13.00 – £15.50 per hour, with time and a half on Bank Holidays and double time on Christmas Day.

What You’ll Do for Our Clients

  • Promote Independence: Help clients remain in their homes.
  • Companionship: Offer friendly and supportive company.
  • Transportation: Take clients to appointments and outings.
  • Meal Preparation: Assist with cooking and meal planning.
  • Light Housework: Help with cleaning and tidying.
  • Personal Care: Assist with washing, dressing, and other personal needs.
  • Medication Support: Promote or administer medications.

Requirements

  • Driving Licence: Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
  • Location: Must live locally.
  • Right to Work: Must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Passion for Helping Others: A genuine desire to make a difference.
  • Reliability and Team Spirit: A positive attitude and dependability.

We welcome applications from experienced Care Assistants, Support Workers, Carers, HCAs, and those with NHS backgrounds. However, we also encourage those without care experience to apply, including individuals from diverse sectors like retail, customer service, hairdressing, reception, administration, cleaning, warehousing, and delivery driving. We provide full training to ensure you’re well-prepared to make a meaningful impact.
