Job Description
Superior Healthcare is urgently seeking healthcare assistants, complex carers, and support workers in New Romney and the local area. They offer a range of regular day, night, and weekend shifts (12 hours per shift) to join their dedicated team. The role involves providing round-the-clock care packages to support individuals with long-term health conditions, enabling them to live comfortably and safely in their own homes. The position allows for long-term work with one or a small number of clients, benefiting from a fixed rota and the option of overtime. Both full-time and part-time roles are available, although preference is given to those willing to work full-time hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to clients.
- Work on a fixed rota with the option of overtime.
- Cover 12-hour shifts, including wake nights.
- Maintain consistent and high-quality care for clients.
