Requirements

  • Diploma in IT or a related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT support
  • Strong experience with Windows 10 operating system
  • Expertise in administering Office products, including the cloud-based Office 365
  • Experience with SCCM and Intune
  • Proficiency in cloud environments like Microsoft OneDrive and Azure AD
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP and DNS networks
  • Knowledge of Windows Server is a plus
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

Salary Details
This position offers a competitive salary of $50,000 to $61,000 per year, depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

About the Role
The Level 1-2 IT Technician will provide first- and second-level support for users experiencing issues related to their office and phone environments. The technician will handle service requests, assist with system maintenance, and help analyze incidents to identify root causes. The position also involves providing training for users on new technologies, managing IT inventory, and collaborating with the IT team to recommend and implement improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second-level support for IT-related incidents
  • Handle service requests and assist technicians in maintaining IT environments
  • Analyze and resolve incidents, proposing corrective actions where needed
  • Train users on system updates and new technologies
  • Manage inventory of IT equipment, including computers, cell phones, and tablets
  • Collaborate with the IT team and the Head of IT to suggest improvements
  • Support the network administrator in daily responsibilities
  • Perform additional related tasks as needed
