About the Role
This isn’t just care work. It’s about giving someone the life they want, in the place they love. As a Live In Carer, you’ll live in the home of one individual, offering day-to-day support that fits around their routine. That means cooking meals they enjoy, supporting them with personal care, staying on top of the household, and getting out into the community when they’re up for it.
You’re not just a helper. You’re company, encouragement, and peace of mind. And you’ll get to see the difference you make every single day.
The environment is calm but hands-on. You’ll have regular breaks and full backup from their support team, so even though you’re working solo, you’re not doing this alone.

- Accompany on social trips or appointments to support independence and connection
