Requirements
- Live-in care experience (3+ years) – hands-on support in clients’ homes
- Fluent in English – for clear, effective communication
- Empathy and patience – especially with challenging behaviours
- Good initiative – act decisively and independently when needed
- Strong communication skills – at every level, with everyone
- Mandatory training attendance – covering safeguarding, hygiene, and medication handling
- Authorised to work in the UK – with valid documentation
- Positive DBS check – a must for working in care
Salary Details
The role pays between £800 to £900 per week, depending on your experience and qualifications. With a 1-month on / 1-month off rota and regular time off from 9:00am to 3:00pm three times per week, it’s designed for both career growth and work-life balance.
About the Role
This is a live-in care role supporting a female client in Pulborough. You’ll be offering practical help around the home, assisting with personal care, medication, and meal prep. Your role includes being a steady companion, helping the client stay active and connected in the community. You won’t be working alone either.
