Requirements
- Professional registration with NMC or HCPC
- Willingness to complete mentorship training if not already qualified
- Compassionate communication skills when working with people in distress
- Independent travel ability to visit service users in the community
- Previous experience in CPA implementation or working in MDT settings is a plus
Salary Details

About the Role
This one’s for someone who genuinely cares about people and wants to be part of their journey toward better mental health. As a Mental Health Practitioner, you’ll be working in a close-knit Community Team in North East Norfolk, supporting service users in ways that actually move the needle. Their approach is all about recovery-focused care, where you don’t just treat, you build relationships and long-term wellbeing. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of non-complex service users to support ongoing recovery
- Offer holistic and practical support to service users and carers
- Administer depot medication if you’re a Registered Nurse
- Take part in team reflection and planning through weekly meetings
- Engage directly with users to co-create recovery-focused care plans
