Requirements
- Registered Mental Health Nurse or Occupational Therapist with NMC or HCPC registration
- Ability to travel independently for community visits
- Knowledge of psychosocial interventions and NICE guidelines
- Strong communication skills and a recovery-focused mindset
- Willingness to work collaboratively and attend team meetings
- Resilience, compassion and empathy in challenging situations
Salary Details
You’ll earn between £31,049 and £37,796, depending on experience. Additional enhancements may apply for certain working hours or responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Hold a caseload of service users and support their recovery journey
- Formulate recovery plans with users, families and carers
- Work with the MDT to deliver impactful mental health interventions
- Contribute to duty systems and flexible crisis response
- Administer medication and monitor its effectiveness
- Engage in reflective practice and collaborative meetings
- Support informed crisis planning that’s led by service users
