Job Overview
Accordia Care is seeking motivated male applicants for the role of Mental Health Support Worker. This position focuses on providing person-centered care to adults with a forensic mental health background, learning disabilities, and challenging behaviors.
Key Responsibilities
- Support service users in their homes.
- Deliver outstanding, compassionate care.

- Work both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Experience with mental health, autism, or challenging behaviors.
- Ability to work shifts and be part of a wider team.

Desirable Skills
- Experience in forensic mental health or supported living settings.
- NVQ qualification or Care Certificate (training available).
- Knowledge of diabetes management.
