Requirements
- At least two years of experience in mental health or social care
- Understanding of the Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act
- Confident using basic computer tools like Word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled at gathering information and problem solving
- Able to document cases clearly and engage with distressed individuals
- Completed mental health training or knowledge of FACS criteria is a plus

This full time, permanent post offers a salary range of 27,857 to 30,570 per year, with access to NHS pension and staff benefits.
About the Role
As a Mental Health Support Worker, you’ll be stepping into a key role that bridges care, compassion, and clinical support. You’ll manage a caseload, work independently in complex situations, and build meaningful relationships with those experiencing distress.
