- Valid NMC Pin
- Minimum 6 months of UK Nursing experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Ability to handle IT and communication systems
- Compassionate approach to elder care
- Experience with elderly care and quality/clinical governance programs

About the Role
As an experienced nurse at Ty Cwm, the individual will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of residents by providing high-standard nursing care with respect to physical, social, and emotional needs. Responsibilities include medication management, assessing and updating care plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, and acting as a liaison with families and external stakeholders. This role also requires mentoring junior staff to uphold the standards of care within the nursing team.
