Requirements
- Must be a Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register
- Completion of a Nursing Associate foundation degree
- English and Maths at GCSE A–C or equivalent functional skills (Level 2)
- Able to communicate clearly with patients, carers, and colleagues
- Experienced in working in multi-disciplinary teams
- Skilled at prioritising a varied, often unpredictable workload
- Ready to support, supervise, and guide others in care settings
- Confident in reflective practice and learning from experience
Salary Details
The role offers a competitive NHS Band 4 salary between £26,530 and £29,114, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct, person-centred care during critical and acute moments
- Supervise and guide Healthcare Assistants with confidence and clarity
- Administer medications within NMC standards and training limits
- Contribute to holistic assessments and care plans that reflect patient needs
- Spot risks early and work with others to put safeguards in place
- Support patients in maintaining dignity, autonomy, and comfort
- Ensure care aligns with professional standards and trust values
