Salary Details

The annual salary range for this role is 31,944 to 34,937, aligned with NHS Band 4 pay scales. It also includes full access to the NHS benefits scheme.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role on an inpatient ward, where you’ll bring your creativity and energy into structured therapeutic programs. You’ll work closely with the ward team and senior Occupational Therapists to co-develop group and one-to-one sessions that help people reconnect with everyday life. Whether it’s vocational support or a calming art activity, what you do will support long-term recovery goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and lead recreational, vocational, and educational activities
  • Co-create a flexible, therapeutic ward program with the clinical team
  • Monitor service user progress and adjust activities based on recovery goals

  • Help shape an inclusive and supportive work environment where everyone thrives
