Alfa Autos Ltd is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee office operations, improve workplace efficiency, and ensure compliance with government regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and organize office operations to improve efficiency.
- Control and maintain records for timekeeping, vehicle deals, commissions, and inventory updates.
- Plan and execute office systems and workflows.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly meetings to boost team morale and maintain communication.
- Prepare and provide Daily Operating Control (DOC) reports to inform the dealer/general manager of trends.
- Reconcile selected accounts on a monthly basis.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
- Prepare sales commission and chargeback reports.
- Maintain a professional and organized work environment.
- Attend management meetings as required.
