About the Role

You’ll walk beside service users during their inpatient stay, helping them rediscover control and confidence in their lives. This isn’t about fixing people—it’s about standing with them as they find their footing again.
Your role includes building genuine, trusting relationships with patients, helping them identify their goals, strengths, and next steps. You’ll also collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring each person’s voice shapes their care and recovery plan. Every conversation, every bit of encouragement, and every shared insight makes a real difference here.

- Collaborate with care teams to ensure person-centred planning and safe transitions from inpatient care
- Champion inclusivity and reduce stigma across services to create more open, accepting spaces
- Maintain accurate records in line with Trust policies and confidentiality standards
