About the Role
The Personal Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Divisional Senior Leadership Team of the Women’s Division. If you excel in juggling multiple tasks, pay attention to the details, and can handle working under pressure, this role is for you. You’ll act as a first point of contact for the team, managing administrative tasks with a high degree of confidentiality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support – Provide effective administrative support for the leadership team, maintaining office systems and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Coordination – Set up meetings, handle telephone calls and correspondence, and manage diaries, always ensuring timely communication.
- Confidentiality – You’ll be handling sensitive information and must maintain the utmost discretion in all tasks.
- Office Management – Help organize and streamline office systems and procedures, ensuring everything remains efficient and well-ordered.
- Team Integration – Work closely with a growing team, contributing to transforming mental health care for young people in Birmingham.

Requirements
- 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English
- Experience in a secretarial or administrative role, ideally at a senior level
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Skills
- RSA III Customer Service Diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in the NHS or another healthcare setting
- PowerPoint and presentation skills
