Requirements
- Registered as a pharmacy technician with the GPhC or working towards eligibility within six months
- Confident in accurate dispensing of medicines in hospital or community settings
- Comfortable engaging with patients and customers directly
- Proven commitment to learning with an up-to-date CPD portfolio
- GCSEs in Maths and English (grades A* to C), or equivalent
- For overseas applicants, IELTS score of 7 as required by GPhC
Bonus if you’ve got
- Hospital pharmacy or medicines management experience
- Skills in stock control, aseptic pharmacy, or use of JAC systems
- Supervisory qualifications or other additional certifications
Salary Details
Pay is competitive and based on experience, in line with NHS pay scales. The role falls within Band 4, offering financial security along with a robust pension scheme and paid holidays.

Key Responsibilities
- Support patients and wards with timely, accurate medicine dispensing
- Maintain high standards of stock control to ensure continuity of care
- Collaborate with pharmacy and clinical teams to improve service delivery
