Salary Details
The position offers a salary ranging between £33,882 and £60,321 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Funding is also available for postdoctoral research following the completion of the PhD.

About the Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to participate in the ECAT-i PhD program, focusing on research for health and care professionals. Selected fellows will engage in a preparatory phase, followed by a fully funded three-year PhD in a world-class research environment. The role emphasizes research inclusivity and aims to build a positive culture. Fellows will also have the opportunity for postdoctoral research funded for up to two years.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in independent research within a specified field under the ECAT-i program.
• Collaborate with supervisors to design and execute a PhD research project.
• Contribute to a broader research agenda aligned with the College of Medicine & Veterinary Medicine’s goals.
• Complete required academic and professional development milestones throughout the fellowship.
