Role Overview:
As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will play a vital role in developing the market across Python, Golang, Machine Learning, Rust, or JavaScript. This hands-on 360 recruitment position involves:
Responsibilities:
- Market Development:
- Develop a market presence across niche technical areas.
- Build and nurture client relationships, both new and existing, using effective business development techniques.
- Content Creation:
- Create high-quality, compelling content for job advertisements, email marketing, and internal training materials.
- Brand Building:
- Increase brand awareness in the new region through social network activities.
- Events and Webinars:
- Host tech webinars, round table events, and attend sponsored tech events.
- Leadership and Mentorship:
- Lead by example with consistent billings.
- Regularly promote best practices and mentor less experienced consultants.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a 360 recruiter within the tech industry.
- Track record of developing new and existing client relationships.
- Experience in managing junior consultants.
- Excellent consultative communication skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
