Salary Details
Starts at 70% of Band 4 NHS salary in year one, then 75% in year two, under Annex 21. You’ll earn while training, with clear increases as you grow in the role.
About the Role
This is your chance to step into healthcare with confidence. As a Pre-Registration Pharmacy Technician, you’ll join a training programme built to fast-track you toward becoming a registered professional. You’ll rotate through key areas: ward-based work, dispensing for in-patients and out-patients, and pharmacy operations like purchasing and distribution. With real support from experienced mentors and a supportive work environment, you’ll grow your knowledge of medicines, safety practices, and patient outcomes.
