Clarion is seeking two dedicated and customer-focused property and tenancy management specialists to join a dynamic team responsible for managing Clarion’s market, intermediate, and NHS keyworker rental properties across London. These roles are based in Islington and Peckham offices, with no option for remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhancing the customer experience and maintaining safe, attractive living spaces for tenants.
- Handling various aspects of lettings, tenancy management, and block management.
- Navigating changes brought by the Renters Reform Bill and the Building Safety Act, making it an exciting time to join the Private Rent Team.
- Building effective relationships within Clarion and with external stakeholders, including NHS Trusts.
Ideal Candidate:
- Professional and empathetic, capable of supporting new tenants who may be adjusting to new jobs, homes, or even the UK.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team, covering for colleagues during leave or peak demand periods.
- Excellent communicator, comfortable interacting with NHS representatives and tenants.
Additional Requirements:
- Flexibility to travel across regions to various sites within the portfolio.
- Eligibility to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
- Residence in England or Wales throughout employment.
- Successful candidates will undergo a Basic Criminal Record Check.
