Requirements
- Functional Skills Level 2 in English and Maths or equivalent
- Level 5 foundation degree or equivalent professional experience
- Previous senior healthcare worker experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised with the ability to prioritise under pressure
- Sound knowledge of respiratory care and assistant practitioner responsibilities
- Moderate IT skills and problem-solving ability
- Full UK driving licence with ability to travel independently

About the Role
This Pulmonary Rehabilitation Assistant Practitioner role places you right at the centre of community care. Based in Ashford, you’ll support patients living with respiratory conditions, helping them regain independence and improve quality of life. Day to day, you’ll provide reassurance, guide patients through exercise programmes, and back registered clinicians with hands-on care. It’s a role where compassion meets skill, where every small action helps someone breathe easier and live better.
