About the Role

Fortune Writers Inc. is searching for talented, versatile remote content writers to come up with mindful content on a wide array of topics and niches. As a Content Writer, you will be integral in the efforts toward storytelling at Fortune Writers and branding. You will collaborate with our creative team closely to develop top-notch content in accordance with predefined objectives for any of our clients or for internal use. You will have an outstanding opportunity—a strategic thinker who loves being with words.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development
Produce and edit new content that is engaging, clear, and relevant, no matter the platform.

Ensure that all produced content meets the client’s objectives, brand guidelines, and voice.

Strategy and Planning
Conceptualize and plan content strategy in a team.
Optimize content for SEO and keep up-to-date on market trends.

Collaboration
Collaborate with design, marketing, and project management teams driving projects to completion cohesively and on time.

Quality Assurance
Research and fact-checking for accuracy and reliability.
Content reviewing and revising for quality and perfection—no errors.

Client Relationship
Engage with the client on their content requirements and get feedback.

Analytics
Collaborate with the Analytics team on measuring Content impact and changing strategy accordingly.

Requirements

Educational & Professional: Preference is given but not limited to a Degree in Journalism, Communications, English or related fields.
Preferred but Not Required: 2 years of experience in content writing, preferably working in an agency.

Skills

• Exceptional writing and editing skills with respect to an impeccable command of English.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and tools
• Ability to work in different tones and style guides for various platforms

Personal Qualities

• Strategic and critical thinking
• Excellent research, organizational, and multitasking ability
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Technical Proficiency

• Familiarity with Content Management Systems, such as WordPress.
  Plans proficiently in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
