Requirements
- Valid NMC Pin or successful CBT/OSCE completion
- Experience in general nursing, including wound care and peg feeding
- Ability to write and review care plans using digital systems
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and professional integrity
- Team leadership capability, confident supporting junior staff
- Proactive attitude with flexibility and an openness to learning

Key Responsibilities
- Assess residents’ needs and personalise care plans that improve their quality of life
- Support independence by encouraging personal choices and autonomy
- Lead medication rounds using the e-MAR system to ensure safe administration
- Be a care ambassador from admission through to discharge
- Monitor and document thoroughly using digital systems to track all aspects of care
- Foster a team-first culture, mentoring colleagues while setting professional standards
- Promote compliance with CQC guidelines, health regulations, and best practices

Certificate of Sponsorship
