This strategic collaboration, commencing prior to the 2024-25 season ticket sales launch on May 15th, 2024, signifies a commitment to enhancing the ticketing experience for supporters at AESSEAL New York Stadium and beyond.
The partnership will introduce a brand-new, user-friendly ticketing website powered by Ticketmaster, streamlining the ticketing process for fans. Furthermore, Rotherham United will be implementing digital season tickets for the first time, providing supporters with a convenient and secure method of accessing matches. This innovative approach allows fans to download their 2024-2025 season tickets directly to their mobile devices, facilitating contactless entry for a smoother matchday experience.
While digital ticketing represents a significant step forward, Rotherham United acknowledges the preferences of traditional supporters. Physical season ticket cards will still be available upon request during the application stage.
