About the Role

This is a full-on digital opportunity to reimagine how healthcare works. As an RPA Developer, you’ll help deliver smarter systems that take the pressure off frontline staff. Your work won’t just live behind the scenes—it’ll improve how real people get care, every single day.

You’ll be rebuilding automation processes disrupted by a new EPR implementation. That means redesigning, developing, and testing solutions that align with the Trust’s wider digital goals. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across clinical and non-clinical teams, ensuring every automation solution is efficient, robust, and reliable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of RPA solutions that reduce manual work and streamline patient care
  • Redesign and migrate existing automations for compatibility with new systems
  • Ensure every deployment meets compliance and quality assurance standards
  • Collaborate with SMEs to map, define, and optimise process flows
  • Document every build clearly for operational and governance transparency
  • Balance project planning, troubleshooting, and proactive stakeholder engagement
