• Fully qualified GP with GMC registration.

Salary Details

Salary is competitive and based on experience. The role offers flexibility across 6 to 8 sessions per week.

About the Role

You’ll join a close-knit, forward-thinking team that values continuity of care. Each GP manages their own patient list, providing true autonomy and deeper relationships with patients. You’ll handle a mix of in-person consultations, telephone appointments, and home visits while being fully supported by trained administrative and clinical staff. The practice runs efficiently, sharing workloads fairly so no one carries unnecessary burden.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations, both face-to-face and over the phone, ensuring each interaction adds value to patient wellbeing.
• Assess and manage patients with undiagnosed or chronic conditions.
• Screen for early signs of illness and promote preventive healthcare.
• Develop personalised care plans in line with practice guidelines.
• Record accurate, timely clinical notes and support ongoing health education.
• Share equal responsibility in on-call rotations and home visits.
