About the Role
The Salaried GP will be responsible for providing excellent patient care while participating in clinical consultations through a range of mediums, including telephone triage, video calls, and in-person appointments. Working across two sites in the same practice, the GP will have flexible days and enjoy the support of a dedicated administration and management team, allowing them to focus on clinical responsibilities.
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic GP to play a key role in improving patient outcomes and contributing to the redesign of local services, representing the practice at Primary Care Networks (PCN) and Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG) levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient consultations, both in-person and remotely
- Lead clinical initiatives to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with the management team to enhance service delivery
- Represent the practice at local PCN and CCG meetings
- Work flexibly across two sites with the same patient base and staff
