About the Role

The SEDS Peer Support Worker is more than a job title – it’s a voice of lived truth in a clinical world. Sitting at the heart of a team creating a softer landing between inpatient and community care, this role invites you to model hope and recovery. You’ll use your own journey to help others find a path out of disordered eating.

It’s not about reliving the past – it’s about showing someone that recovery isn’t a theory. It’s possible, because you’ve done it. Your story, your scars, your strength – they matter here.

They’re looking for someone who’s not afraid to show up with realness. You’ll be co-producing groups, shaping care plans, supporting families, and keeping recovery human. The ITP is new, bold, and needs your voice in the room.
