Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of at least one modern programming language: .Net, Java, Node.js/Javascript, Golang, Python, Ruby, etc.
Advanced knowledge of writing queries in SQL.
Some comfort designing database schemas for SQL databases.
5+ years of professional software development experience (preferably using the above technologies).
Experience writing automated tests and managing enterprise-grade build processes during the software lifecycle.
Passion for client experience and high-quality software.
Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent.
Experience designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-level HCM or payroll software.

This work will support a mix of internal and external clients.
You will be working on current and upcoming projects that connect design, engineering, product development, and implementation to understand how those pieces impact infrastructure.
You’ll share your operational and process maturity with a growing team while building products for large enterprises to enable their workforce.
