Senior Care Coordinator Role with (Visa Sponsorship) Available in Harrogate

Primary Responsibilities: As a Senior Care Coordinator, you will:

• Conduct community visits to review and assess Care Assistants’ work.
• Supervise, support, and guide a team of carers daily.
• Collaborate with the Registered Manager for smooth team operations.
• Participate in an on-call rota to address urgent service delivery issues.
• Work weekends and out-of-hours with enhanced pay rates.

Key Duties:

• Provide personal care and medication administration.
• Develop and manage care plans for service users.
• Perform assessments on behalf of the team.
• Engage in the professional development of yourself and others.
• Participate in on-call services outside regular hours.

Requirements:

• Full UK driving license.
• Ability to work in clients’ homes in the Harrogate area and the Knaresborough-based office.

Additionally, you will support the delivery of therapy plans and assess equipment needs under the supervision of a Registered Practitioner.
