Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £12.00 – £18.00 per hour (bank holiday enhancements available)
Shifts: Monday to Friday, Weekend availability required

Job Summary

A Senior Care Worker is needed to provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes. The role involves personal care, medication administration, household tasks, companionship, and ensuring client safety and wellbeing. The position requires individuals with experience, relevant certifications, and a valid driving license.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, household tasks, and meal preparation
• Administer medication and record details accurately
• Support clients in daily living activities and social interactions
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and CQC guidelines
• Provide complex care and assist clients with mobility
• Accompany clients to medical appointments and shopping trips
• Maintain accurate care records and reports

Requirements

Essential:

• Driving License (valid for the UK)
• Care Certificate
• DBS Check (valid and up to date)
• Experience in care support work in the UK
• Medication Administration experience (minimum 1 year)
• Moving and Handling certification and experience
• Fluency in English
• Right to Work in the UK
