Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in geotechnical engineering or civil engineering
- Chartered Engineer status
- Strong independent work ethic with the potential to lead a team
- Expertise in foundation design and other geotechnical constructions
- Offshore experience (preferred but not mandatory)
- Familiarity with the following:
- Piles in Chalk and Glacial Till
- Offshore windfarm and port design
- Railway depot and station design
- Embankments and cuttings
- Ground treatment/improvement

About the Role:
As a Senior/Principal Geotechnical Consultant Engineer, the selected candidate will work within a multidisciplinary team based in Leeds, supporting both UK and international projects. The role requires hands-on involvement with highly technical projects involving geotechnical constructions. There will also be opportunities for offshore work, though prior experience in this field is not essential. Long-term, this position provides the chance to lead and manage a team, taking ownership of significant geotechnical projects.
