Requirements
- Experience supporting children with complex health needs is a plus, but not essential

Annual salary: £26,928 – £29,551, depending on experience and service years
About the Role

As a Senior Health Care Support Worker, you’ll support children with life-limiting or long-term conditions in Caernarfon, working directly in their homes or schools. You’ll be delivering individualised care plans under the supervision of registered nurses, forming real bonds with families, and helping children stay comfortable and safe in their own space. Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day practical nursing care to children with complex needs
- Support families by delivering continuity and compassion in home and school settings
- Carry out care plans designed by registered nurses and healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate records and communicate clearly with all involved professionals
- Work mainly unsociable hours including night shifts, contributing to 24/7 coverage
- Support the wider community nursing team when required
