Requirements
- Degree in a related subject or equivalent experience within an IM&T environment
- Strong experience in workforce data, reporting, and analytics
- Confident using SQL Server and building reports with Power BI
- Clear communication and presentation skills to translate data for wider teams
- A solid understanding of the employee lifecycle and how it links to data
- Willingness to keep learning and contribute to ongoing development

About the Role
Here’s your chance to make workforce decisions smarter and more people-focused. As a Senior Information Analyst, you’ll work within a dynamic People and Culture directorate, using tools like SQL and Power BI to create dashboards, models, and insights that genuinely drive change.
Whether it’s helping senior leaders plan long term or uncovering hidden workforce patterns, you’ll be right in the middle of impactful work. You’ll support decision-making by managing, visualising, and analysing data with accuracy and care. If you’re passionate about turning numbers into action, this one’s for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of workforce dashboards that inform daily decisions
- Build robust reporting systems to highlight patterns in staffing, performance, and engagement
- Maintain data integrity and support consistent, trustworthy insights
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to interpret needs and provide tailored analysis
- Research and trial new technologies to keep the team ahead of the curve
- Share your expertise by mentoring or supporting less experienced team members
