Requirements
- Degree or advanced qualifications plus five years relevant NHS experience
- Post-graduate level education or equivalent professional experience
- Statistical qualification demonstrating your analytical foundation
- Minimum 5 years advanced information analysis experience in complex environments
- Proven track record interpreting complex data and translating it for decision-makers
- Strong grasp of statistical techniques with hands-on application experience
- Advanced experience with reporting tools and analysis platforms
- Communication skills across all organizational levels including senior management presentations
- Staff management experience with proven leadership capabilities
- RTT data assurance experience essential for NHS compliance
- Negotiation skills for managing stakeholder expectations and driving change

About the Role
This isn’t your typical data analyst position, you’ll be the strategic brain behind information-driven decision making across multiple clinical directorates. Working closely with managers and clinicians, you’ll be translating raw data into actionable intelligence that drives efficiency improvements and supports the Trust’s transformation agenda. Your role involves sophisticated predictive analytics, trend forecasting, and variation analysis that helps clinical teams understand their performance and identify opportunities for enhancement.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead information analysis initiatives that directly improve patient care and service efficiency
