Google Cloud is seeking a Senior Outbound Product Manager for Conversational AI. This role, based in New York, NY, Cambridge, MA, Sunnyvale, CA, or remotely within the United States, involves leading the technical and business aspects of guiding products from conception to launch. As a key figure in this rapidly growing business, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide business value, demonstrate product functionality, and outline key business use cases. Your responsibilities will include shaping the Conversation AI product roadmap, providing user and market insights, developing product positioning and messaging, and supporting go-to-market activities. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree, 8 years of experience in outbound product management, and expertise in Conversational AI/Contact Center AI technical products. Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in outbound product management or related technical/product roles.
  • 3 years of experience building and shipping technical products.
  • Experience bringing Conversational AI/Contact Center AI technical products to market.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or PhD in a technology or business-related field.
  • Experience in AI products and technologies.
  • Experience operating in an entrepreneurial environment and scaling new and emerging products.
  • Experience incorporating inclusion and accessibility into product development methodologies.
  • Understanding of AI Models, Large Language Model, and AI specialized infrastructure, especially as it relates to AI trends and issues within businesses.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $164,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. The displayed range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across all US locations. Salary is determined by factors such as work location, skills, experience, and education.
