About the Role

The Server and Network Manager plays a central role in keeping systems reliable across clinical and business areas. They will manage a team of server and network specialists, balancing planned projects with reactive support so that services run without disruption. They will prioritise workloads, coach team members, and ensure performance standards are met. The role also involves leading service improvement programmes, engaging with users for feedback, and embedding best practice across IT operations. Every decision made in this role contributes directly to patient care and operational success.
