About the Role

The Service Delivery Assistant at The University of Manchester is responsible for providing administrative services to support the day-to-day operations of the Service Delivery Team. This role requires a strong ability to build rapport with all building users, manage expectations, and deliver consistent, high-quality service in a timely and effective manner.
