About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble aircraft components for civil and military programs.
• Interpret and follow detailed manufacturing plans and technical drawings.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and health & safety protocols.
• Support manufacturing delivery needs by collaborating effectively with team members.
• Participate in lean activities and other continuous improvement initiatives.
• Complete manufacturing documentation and job cards accurately.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in general electronics and mechanical assembly.
• Ability to identify components and understand technical drawings and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work.
• Manual dexterity for working on small products.
• A flexible, cooperative approach and a positive attitude.
• Awareness of health and safety practices in manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Experience working in self-directed work teams and meeting customer expectations.
